Do I need pool equipment?

Yes. Most of the exercises use a pool noodle, and some movements require two noodles for added support and resistance.
If you don’t already have one, you can find pool noodles and other recommended aqua workout equipment in my Amazon shop, where I’ve curated a selection of items that work well for these workouts.
